A home or commercial property inspection may seem like an added expense to the purchasing process. It really shall be considered as an added investment. It’s much more beneficial to pay a licensed professional home & commercial inspector to evaluate the physical condition of the structure, as well as it’s mechanical systems, a few hundred dollars before you purchase – rather than needing to pay a contractor thousands in regards to an unexpected surprise after.

As a home & commercial property inspector, all clients are encouraged to be present during the last 30 minutes of the inspection for a general summary of findings. I personally will spend 3-5 hours in most cases at a location during an inspection. I enjoy answering any questions during the inspections that I provide. If I can’t give an answer immediately when a question is asked, I will seek any necessary resources to satisfy that question.

The Texas Real Estate Commission has adopted minimum standards in relation to inspectors. I provide an inspection that is completed with integrity which by far exceeds the minimum. I am in business to stay in business. I am also in business to provide a service in such a manner that is expected on my behalf when I hire a person or company.
